1. Free Fragrance Eligibility & Details

• Qualifying Purchases: Customers are eligible for one free fragrance in each part (one free bottle in part 1 and with a separate order in part 2, one free bottle may also be availed). Orders must meet the threshold for options 2 through to option 7 to avail the free bottles. The minimum spend in part 2 is USD $179 after discount.

• How to Claim: Orders must meet the minimum spend to qualify. You must specify the name and size of your preferred free fragrance in your order notes at checkout. The free bottle options are strictly within the coloured column which corresponds to your spend. 

• Default Selection: If no preference is mentioned in the order notes, Parfums Vintage will select and dispatch a free fragrance on your behalf.

• Bottle Specifications: All free fragrances are supplied in our classic, transparent glass bottles with unpainted wooden caps. The size of the free bottle is strictly determined by the eligible tier (Option 2–7) reached.

• Availability & Restrictions: Free fragrance options must be chosen from the respective coloured columns. All free bottles and sizes are subject to availability.

• No Cash Value & No Stacking: The free fragrance cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions.

• 2nd Part promotion start from 15th July to 7th September 2026.

2. Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Domestic (USA) Orders:

• Split Fulfilment: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will ship separately to coincide with their official release date. Parfums Vintage covers the shipping cost for this secondary shipment.

International (Non-US) Orders:

• Consolidated Shipping: The entire order will be held and dispatched as a single shipment once the pre-order items become available.

• Immediate Delivery Tip: If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders (one for in-stock items and one for pre-orders).

3. Order Processing & Communication

• Fulfilment Queue: Due to high order volumes, orders placed early in the promotion period typically process within 3–4 working days. Orders placed toward the end of the promotion may experience extended fulfilment times.

• Tracking Inquiries: To help us process orders as quickly as possible, please wait at least 7 working days from your order date before emailing us for tracking updates.

• No Combined Shipping: We process orders as they are placed. If you place multiple separate orders, they will ship separately and cannot be combined into a single package.

4. Returns, Cancellations, & Modifications

• Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we strongly advise purchasing samples prior to committing to full bottles.

• Right to Cancel: Parfums Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, without prior notice. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Significant courier fee increases for remote delivery addresses (shipping and taxes calculated at checkout are subject to change if courier rates increase for any reason such as surcharges and or remote locations).

  • Any other reason determined necessary by Parfums Vintage.

• Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove promotion benefits and terms at any time.
