By participating in this multi-tiered promotion and using the associated discount codes, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. Mandatory Coupon Code Usage

• Active Application Required: To avail of any promotion benefit (discount or free gift), customers must enter the specific coupon code at checkout.

• Customers must enter the name(s) of the free 15ml fragrance they wish to avail in the order note, displayed when checking out. If the order note is left blank, our fulfilment team will select the free 15ml fragrance(s) from the select range. If the spend threshold is option 7, customers should mention the names of 5 fragrances from the select range. 

• Non-Retroactive: Promotion benefits cannot be applied to orders once they have been processed or shipped. We cannot manually add discounts or free items to finalized transactions.

• No Stacking: Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, voucher, or offer.

2. Eligibility & Spend Thresholds

To qualify for free gifts (vials, travel cases, or gift sets), the order total after the 20% discount has been applied must meet or exceed the specified spend threshold.

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY NOTE: The "Threshold" is defined as the final payable amount.

• Example: If your cart is $120 and you apply a 20% discount, your new total is $96. You would not be eligible for Option 2 (which requires a $100 net spend). You must either add items to meet the threshold or use the Option 1 code.

3. Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Domestic (USA) Orders:

• Split Fulfilment: If an order contains both in-stock and Pre-order items, in-stock items will dispatch. 

• Pre-orders: These will be shipped separately to coincide with the official release date.

• Shipping Costs: The secondary shipment for Pre-orders is provided at Parfums Vintage's expense.

International Orders (Non-US):

• Consolidated Shipping: The entire order will be held and dispatched as a single shipment once the Pre-order items are available.

• Immediate Delivery: To receive in-stock items sooner, international customers should place two separate orders.

4. Processing Times & Communication

• Fulfilment Queue: Due to high volume, orders placed early in the promotion typically process within 3–4 working days. Orders placed toward the end of the promotion will experience longer fulfiment times.

• Tracking Inquiries: Please do not email for tracking updates until 7 working days have passed since your order was placed.

• No Combined Shipping: Separate orders will be shipped separately; we cannot combine multiple orders into one package.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Rights

• Final Sale: We do not accept exchanges or returns. We strongly advise purchasing samples prior to full bottles if you are unsure of a scent.

• Right to Cancel: Parfums Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Misrepresentation of Terms & Conditions.

  • Increased courier fees for remote addresses. Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout are subject to change. We may cancel your order if the courier fee to ship your order increases and this may occur for more remote addresses from major cities where couriers impose higher fees.

  • Any other reason determined by Parfums Vintage.

• Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove program benefits at any time. Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout are subject to change.
