• Promotion starts 12th - 17th April 2024.

• Discounts cannot be combined/stacked with any other promotion.

• Customers who fill their cart with minimum $179 are eligible for free samples of new releases. Free samples are Iteriris, Valiant, Greatness, Unisex Intense & Imbue Intense. One free samples set per order.

• Customers who fill their cart below $179 are NOT eligible for free samples.

• Due to the volume of orders that we process, those who order in the first few days of the promotion usually have their orders processed within 4 working days. Those who order towards the end of the promotion will be behind the queue.

• Addresses must be verified by Paypal.

• Separate orders will be sent with separate shipping, they will not be combined.

• We do not accept exchange or returns. If in doubt, samples should be purchased prior to ordering any bottles. 

• Parfums Vintage has the right to cancel any orders due to the violation/ misrepresentation of our Terms and Conditions or for any reason determined by Parfums Vintage.

• We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion without prior notice.

• We need additional time to process the order due to high volumes of orders we received.

• All painted bottles orders from the UK (UK ONLY): Our United States fulfilment team has received the stocks of handcrafted bottles. With all of the different design options offered to our customers, there are 10 variables across the paint designs, plaques and crystals.  As a result, the handcrafted bottles are being shipped from the US to our UK fulfilment team. Your order is not subject to the duties and taxes that would have been chargeable upon delivery had the order been shipped to you directly from the US.  We will ship the order as soon as we receive it from our fulfilment team in the US.

 

IMPORTANT - European orders (NOT UK):

 

• We have recently applied a competitive shipping rate from the US to the EU (and many other countries) via FedEx  so that customers can continue to receive our products after Brexit.

 

• Orders to the EU will be sent from our fulfilment centre in the US with immediate effect due to the UK leaving the EU in January and the unknown tariffs, general EU bureaucracy and it’s impact on goods from the UK to Europe. Your country may apply duty/ VAT on the item being received from the US and this is beyond our control. We will not entertain any queries about your countries duties and you should enquire with your own countries customs prior to ordering. This information will likely be readily available online. 

 

• UK Orders: Will be sent from within the UK as normal.
